1. Par votre réservation et en rapport avec la notion de droit à l’image, vous acceptez le fait d’être filmé et/ou photographié au cours de la soirée et acceptez l’usage futur de ces éléments à des fins publicitaires.

2. Dans le cadre du contexte sanitaire COVID-19 : Esti’Var ayant pris les mesures pour que vous puissiez respecter la distanciation physique en vigueur et mettant à votre disposition sur place des distributeurs de gel hydro-alcoolique, vous vous engagez en validant votre billet à ne pas être, à votre connaissance, porteur de la Covid-19, ni avoir été en contact récent avec un porteur de la Covid-19.

3. En cas d’annulation de l’événement liée à l’évolution de la réglementation en vigueur relative la Covid-19, votre billet sera remboursé.

4. S’agissant d’une soirée de dégustation, Esti’Var vous fournit un éthylotest. Il est de votre responsabilité de respecter le code de la route à votre départ de l’événement.

5. L’abus d’alcool est dangereux pour la santé.

6. Vos enfants restent sous votre responsabilité.

3. In the event of cancellation of the event due to changes in the regulations in force relating to the Covid-19, your ticket will be refunded.

4. As this is a tasting evening, Esti’Var provides you with a breathalyzer. It is your responsibility to respect the Highway Code at your departure from the event.

5. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health.

6. Your children remain your responsibility.
